Made-to-order
Most items are printed on demand specifically for you. Because they’re made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or refunds on correctly made items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item (replacement only)
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Report within 7 days of delivery:
- Email info@queporte.com with your order number.
- Include clear photos showing the issue (e.g., print defect, damage, wrong item/size/color).
- Tell us which item is affected and a short description.
If approved, we’ll remake and resend the item. If a replacement isn’t possible (discontinued/out-of-stock), we’ll refund that item.
Do not return items to the print facility unless we instruct you—return addresses vary by supplier; unauthorized returns may be refused.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement beyond a reasonable timeframe, contact us. After the carrier’s investigation we’ll reship. Claims must be made within 30 days of the last scan or ETA window.
Sizing & color
Please check size charts before ordering. Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for wrong size or fit. Minor color variation and measurement tolerances are normal and not considered defects.
Non-returnable items
- Custom/personalized and printed-on-demand goods (most of our catalog)
EU cooling-off period
Under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized (most print-on-demand items). For any non-POD stocked items, the 14-day right applies if unused and in original packaging (you cover return postage).
