What is Queporte?
We’re a made-to-order apparel shop. Most products are printed on demand (POD) just for you—reducing waste and avoiding overstock.
Orders & Production
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 2–7 business days before dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start production quickly. Email info@queporte.com within 2 hours of ordering and we’ll try our best. After production begins, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
Will items ship together?
Not always. We use multiple POD partners and facilities; items may ship separately with different tracking numbers.

What are the estimated delivery times (after production)?

United States: 5–12 business days

Europe (listed countries): 4–8 business days

Estimates only—carriers, customs, weather, and peak seasons can add time.
How much is shipping?
Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and fulfillment location.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as each parcel ships. You can also view tracking on your order status page.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
International orders may incur duties/VAT/import taxes set by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
My parcel says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
Check with household members, neighbors, or building management and look for a delivery notice. If you still can’t find it within 48 hours, email info@queporte.com with your order number.
Returns & Replacements
Do you accept returns?
Because items are made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or refunds on correctly made items (this doesn’t affect your statutory rights).
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item?
We’ll replace it at no cost. Email info@queporte.com within 30 days of delivery with:

your order number,
-
clear photos showing the issue (print defect, damage, wrong item/size/color), and
-
a brief description.
If a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll refund that item.
What if my order is lost in transit?
If tracking shows no movement beyond a reasonable timeframe, we’ll investigate with the carrier and reship if confirmed lost. Please contact us within 30 days of the last scan/ETA.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Please place a new order; we’ll handle faulty/wrong items per the policy above. Check size charts carefully before ordering.
Sizing & Care
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a size chart. If you’re between sizes, many customers prefer the larger size for a relaxed fit.
Care instructions for printed apparel
Turn inside-out, cold wash, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Hang dry (or low heat). Don’t iron directly on the print.
Address & Delivery Issues
I entered the wrong address.
Email info@queporte.com immediately. If the order hasn’t entered production/shipping we’ll update it. Parcels returned due to incorrect/insufficient address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped once you confirm the correct address; additional postage may apply.
Payments & Security
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and other methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify.
